Thankfully, with the release of his debut, self-titled album, Rogers has given us all a taste of his gift, and it’s nothing short of breathtaking – another example of the Kentucky influence burning from the Appalachian foothills." - The Amp 
 From small beginnings, writing his first song in 2018, Lance began co-writing songs with established singer-songwriters. In 2019, only a year after writing his first song, he was runner-up in a regional singer-songwriting competition at The Steam Engine Session Room in Irvine, Kentucky, an emerging destination for roots musicians in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. This set a fire that has yet to be extinguished. Lance has opened for Arlo McKinley, Justin Wells, Billy Don Burns, Chris Knight, Ward Davis, plus. Currently back in the studio, be on the lookout for new singles to drop in the upcoming months, culminating in his second full album, to be released fall 2023. Most recently, Lance Rogers will share a stage with Charles Wesley Godwin and Shane Smith and the Saints at Bulls, Bands, and Barrels, a rodeo in Lexington Ky Feb 11, 2023
