Carlos M. Rodriguez (born September 24th) professionally known as C Scharp is an American Producer, singer, songwriter of Latin American decent (Puerto Rico). He is known for blending elements of RnB, Reggae, Hip Hop and Pop music into his Caribbean vocal style.
