The femme fatale of glamorous melancholia, Berlin-born, LA-bound artist and producer Ava Vegas mesmerizes us with her eclectic, deep-tinged take on folk-cinematic indie-pop and transports us into a haze of darkly-romantic neo-psychedelia. Marrying nylon Americana guitars with haunting atmospheric electronic elements and a touch of Gothica, her rich, spellbinding vocals, ethereal tones, and angelic, otherworldly presence immerse us in a magically crafted world of Twin Peaks nostalgia and sad-girl disco. Ava’s debut album Ava Vegas was widely praised by the media such as Rolling Stone magazine and featured on national TV and radio stations in Germany; and led to her touring Germany and the US, including an intimate performance at SXSW in 2022 and more at Eurosonic Norderslaag and Reeperbahn Festival. Her upcoming album "Desert Songs," produced by Ava Vegas herself and additional production by Rob Kleiner (Euphoria (Original Score from the HBO Series)/The Weeknd), marks the beginning of the next chapter of her exciting career. Creating a micro-universe between heartbreak and ecstasy in a landscape of an outer-space desert and icy beaches, tribal, cinematic toms, jazz brushes, and bachata-like Latin rhythms all melt into the electronic euphoria that is dusted with powerful, dreamy vocals.
