Biography

Adam and Kizzie are a married couple, who after having been best friends in high school went separate ways performing all over the world. Kizzie sang for Disney for years in Tokyo & The Bahamas while Adam focused primarily on straight-ahead jazz piano which took him to Brazil, Italy, France and his well sought after 4-piece band, New Growth, was established. In 2011, the old friends were reunited unexpectedly and an incredible love bloomed. They've now combined the best of all their individual influences into a special blend they call EEDO (short for frEEDOm).    They are the 3rd place winners of Usher's 2017 MEGASTAR Talent Competition! Voted into the top 5 out of 7,000+ contestants worldwide, they were given the chance to meet and be mentored by Usher himself in LA. Recently, the Oklahoman couple can be heard on J.Lee The Producer's newly released compilation album, Music Box.  They have shared the stage with such rising musical stars as Brik.Liam, Robert "Sput" Searight, The Jonathan Scales Fourchestra, The Funky Knuckles, KNOWER, Sean C. Johnson and many more. In early 2014, they signed with Ropeadope Records making them label mates with some of the brightest rising stars in modern creative music. The second in the EEDO series, The Book of EEDO Vol. 2, released in September 2014, peaking on the iTunes Jazz charts at #23. Now they are currently preparing to release their third album, The Book of EEDO Vol. 3, in summer 2018.
