    Gavin Edwards is an accomplished, professional singer/ songwriter from South Africa. Gavin is the Runner up of the Voice SA Season 1 . With over 3.6 million views on his audition song, Say Something where Bobby van Jaarsveld turned his chair and became his coach . Since the Finale of The Voice SA Gavin signed a lucrative deal with Universal Music SA and released his Debut album Silver Skies with the first single Sparks going straight to number 1 on iTunes on the Day of the Release . Gavin was also invited twice by SA Rugby to sing the South African Anthem as well as the Irelands Call before the Rugby Matches . His Debut Album has produced 5 singles since release . Sparks , One Day , Only Lovers Left Alive , Silver Skies and Say Something ft Karlien van Jaarsveld . The Album was also nominated for a South African Music Award (SAMA) in 2017 for Best Adult Contemporary Album .
