Biography
Formed in a bar in Mesa during the spring of 2014, Perfect Sense got its legs. The band’s current line up features, Shane Pogue on vocals and guitar, Erick Amparan on lead guitars, Josh Taber on bass, and Sho Wie on drums. Perfect Sense has been driven by circle pits, beer, and sweat throughout their existence. They write songs that are fast, have upbeat melodies, and catchy hooks. It’s not just tempo that drives the band. The band songs approaches with a self analytical thought process, dealing anywhere from relationships, to current world affairs. In Sept of 2017 the band release their debut full length album “Out to the World.” Recorded at B&K Sound Labs in Tempe, band worked closely with Ryan Kahl to refine, and polish their sound in studio. “Until the End” is the second radio single that the band released from that record, proceeded by “Break the Sky” for which they shot a music video for. After the pandemic, the band resumed its musical path. Reconvened, and reenergized, the band turned to Kristen Taylor and Underdog Studio to work on their first release since 2017 “The Inferno.”
