Biography

WildHeart is the alternative rock/pop brainchild of former metalcore main stays Michael Bohn (formerly of ISSUES & Woe, Is Me) and Kevin Hanson (formerly of Woe, Is Me). 
 Putting the metal scene behind them, Bohn and Hanson are hitting reset on their musical endeavors and starting over from square one. Bohn looks back on how WildHeart was formed in an exclusive interview with UK based publication, Rocksound. “I had to get right back to it. Kevin and I hung out, started writing together and I decided I wanted to go back to my original instrument. I’m sure it will throw people for a curveball, but drums are my passion. I loved being a vocalist and a frontman, but for this project, I want to go in a completely different direction”. 
 In addition to Hanson, Bohn also enlisted the services of lead singer Jaten Dimsdale, bassist Turner Wood, and guitarist Adonijah Cartwright to solidify the rock/pop powerhouse’s 5 member lineup. With influences ranging from Dan + Shay to Fall Out Boy, the group is to eager to unleash their own brand of feel good, wholesome rock/pop anthems. “You’ve got to go back to your roots and find your passion again, like when you were a teenager. That’s what WildHeart is”.
