Biography

Louisiana artist Retro Pak born (Justin Dufresne) was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Some of his influences are artist like 2Pac, DMX, Eminem, Garth Brooks, XXXTentacion, Kurt Cobain, KRS-One, The Notorious B.I.G, Billy Joel, Missy Elliot are among some of the artist he looks up too. He started rapping in 2001 after listening to his cousin rapping over beats and recording himself on another tape player. He started soaking up different styles of rap and blended multiple ideas of sounds. He has since been featured on many of mixtapes, Magazines, and radio interviews. He has continued to build his fan base through sites like Spotify and SoundCloud and YouTube. He has performed in Lake Charles, Lafayette, Houston, Shreveport and many other places. He created his own label Red Label Asylum. He has released a total of 3 mixtapes Still Life, Back From The Dead, Don't Get To Come Back. He released his first independent album Purple Reign and continuing with Days Gone. He is 1/3 of the rap group Animaniaks and 1/2 of the group S.A.D.
