Faishal Tanjung is a psychedelic pop musician based in Bekasi, Indonesia. He writes, produces, and records his own music under the moniker TANJUNG. TANJUNG explores the intersection of psychedelic, pop, and indie alternative rock. His ethereal vocal, wobbly synths, and psychedelic guitar riffs can turn even skeptics into hopeless romantics — taking anyone who has loved and lost on a trip down memory lane. TANJUNG has officially released his debut EP, Sooner Or Later. Featuring new tracks like Losing Touch, Always, and Sooner or Later, Will I Realise? Adding to the already released single Making Memories and You and Me. Sooner or Later EP was recorded in his own bedroom. All tracks were written, recorded, produced, and mixed by Faishal Tanjung himself. Sooner or Later is TANJUNG’s take on relationship cycle, whereas he believes even though there are moments of beauty and happiness captured in his two songs (Making Memories and You and Me), there are also obstacle and uncertainty in relationship depicted in Losing Touch and Sooner or Later, Will I Realise?. All in all in every roadblocks of relationship, TANJUNG’s focus track Always is the remedy as it function as a reassurance in a relationship.
