Biography

With over 20 years in the entertainment industry, Ray Quinn has made a name for himself across music, TV (Brookside, Dancing On Ice, Hollyoaks) and theatre (Grease - West End/touring, Aladdin, Judy: The Judy Garland Songbook and The Wedding Singer).Most recently Ray starred in Hollyoaks scoring acclaim and accolades for his role as right-wing extremist Jonny Baxter. He also participated in Dancing On Ice, winning the competition in 2009 as well as the All-Star series in 2014, and he performed on the 2019 Christmas special. The Liverpool native was a finalist alongside Leona Lewis in the 2006 series of The X Factor and was mentored by Simon Cowell. Ray released his debut album 'Doing It My Way' in 2007. The record entered the Official UK Album Chart at number one, was later certified Platinum and also saw Ray enter the Guinness Book Of Records for being the youngest male artist to enter the UK charts without releasing a single.
