Biography

Punk Rock band from "Los Santos", Costa Rica. Rotten Kids project is born in the year 2017, in the rural area of Tarrazu, as a derivate of "Puerko Xpin". (band that Rotten Kids’ core members founded and maintained since late high school, in 2011). As years went by, and after being active in the Punk scene of “Los Santos” and the capital city San Jose, the music and lyrics started to evolve into more personal matters, focusing on the emotions and experiences lived, but always keeping the aggressiveness from Punk Rock. These changes, and a heavier influence of Californian Punk music, set the ground for the foundation of a new project called Rotten Kids. Today, the foursome offers a proposal filled with melodic chords, fast riffs, and passionate lyrics aiming to stay as authentic as possible, complemented by the energy of punk rock and a never-ending drive to fight for the things you believe in.
