A tiny little man on a toadstool as clever as a fox
He had the key that opens sweet Pandora's box
I was walking in the forest alone
Praising and gazing at the land. (oh yeah!)
Went through the valley to the mountains I roamed
Following a silent command.
Oh the sun was shining bright in the sky
Its rays cascade through the breeze
Then I saw a grand surprise... the dance of the little fairies
Just giggling and fiddling through the leaves
Oh the dance of the little fairies.
And sitting on a toadstool was that tiny, little man.
He told me if I followed him, we could visit the magic sands
To the home to the home to the home home home
To the home of the nature god Pan, half-goat and half man.
The nature god Pan
We crossed the river where we did find a strong and handsome deer.
Upon his back, we did ride; sweet music we did hear.
I looked way up in the sky, a thousand birds did fly
They sang out words I understood,
'Twas music for the eyes.
Forward we proceeded, and then before my sight
Stood what I had heard about... a castle made of light!
It was a castle made of light.
That little man on a toadstool opened the castle door
He said, "I'll take you to a place
My friend, you've never been before"
He put the key in my hand to open up that box.
Humbled by such magnitude, my ego was all blocked.
My nerves, they were so frazzled, I could barely cope.
My heartstrings left me hanging there, dangling by a rope.
My nerves, they were so frazzled, I could barely cope.
My heartstrings left me hanging there, just dangling by a rope.
All the evils from that box, we'd crammed right down our throats.
Oh, all the evils from that box, we'd crammed right down our throats
And the only thing left in that box, was an essence giving hope
An essence giving hope.
That little man, that little man, that little man...
He laughed and cried:
"The joke's on you... I was just messing with your head"
He laughed and cried:
"The joke's on you... I was just messing with your head" (oh-woah)
"Pan left here so long ago, but there's someone else instead"
Who could it be?
I wasn't drugged and I wasn't drunk
To behold such a beautiful sight
I wasn't drunk and I wasn't drugged
To behold such a beautiful sight
She galloped left, then she galloped right.
Then the unicorn said "good night"
Yes the unicorn said "good night"
Just galloping (oh yeah!)
Just galloping, galloping, galloping, galloping
Galloping out of sight (woah-oh!)
