Biography
TENJO is an Indonesian music duo consisting of Evan Gunardi and Daniel Rimaldi . Originally a trio, the group released their first two singles, "Getaway" and "Wildfire", before guitarist Clayton Dave left in early 2018. They have since experimented with various genres and adopted an electronic, synth-heavy sound with their subsequent releases "Tension" (2018), "Are We There Yet?" (2019), and "Wind Waves" (2020). In November 2021, Tenjo released "Little Towns" through indie label Ciao Beech, which showcases their return to a more traditional sound akin to their first two releases. Then, in January of 2022, they released "I Can't Wait To See You Tonight" -- an oldies-themed love song infused with Indonesian keroncong elements. Their latest single, "Paradise", is set to be released in March 2022.
