The UK Rapper known by the stage name Devz / MrWhoWhatWhere, Up & Coming Recording/Performing Artist originated from East London. Before the breakthrough of his #WhoWhatWhere Freestyle, Devz always had a strong believe, passion and drive in his creative ability and metaphorical lyrical Rap style.
