77:78 - The ‘under the radar’ phoenix project by Aaron Fletcher & Tim Parkin from the musical kaleidoscope that is The Bees. 
 The album Jellies was released on the brilliant Heavenly Records in 2018 to great reviews and accolades in the press. Inspirationally drawing on similar threads and musical approaches to their first band but the deck’s been shuffled and a different hand has now been dealt. Parkin’s vocals drive the group down a uniquely British psych folk avenue, whilst the production from the mysterious Boe Weaver delivers bold Balearic touches. Tempos groove and the songwriting gives you a constant warm friendly hug that you knowingly need. 
 Ashley Beedle and The Flying Mojito Brothers have both stepped up already and delivered late 70’s inspired sunset saturated remixes. The later being expertly selected to feature on the latest Heavenly Records Remix compilation alongside greats such as Andrew Wetherall, Daniel Avery David Holmes, Trevor Jackson and Psychmagik. 
 Now it’s 2023 and the turn of Wallace & Morris from Ramrock Records to continue the west coast directions. A beautiful rework of Love Said(Let’s Go).
