    Biography

    An atmospheric accoustic/electronic and part animated band formed by Kristian Leontiou & Craigie Dodds. One eskimO made its commercial debut with the single "Hometime." Released independently on their own Little Polar Records label. After the success of the first single and taking away the 'Best British Animation Award' for their music video, they released their self-titled debut album in 2009. The album was a hit in the United States, and voted, AAA Radios', most played record of the year, at the America Music Awards. Later that year saw them team up with Warner Pictures and Gravy media to transform the album and Kristians' animated characters into a full length movie. The 11 songs where edited in episodes showing the journey of the Eskim0 trying to rescue, his love, Little Feather. Each of the episodes played out as, pre main feature, short films at Warner Bros cinemas across the United States. Craigie and Kristian returned to the studio in 2012, after the band touring America for almost 3 years, and began working on what was to become 'Faster than Turtles'.
