Biography

Klee MaGoR is a hip-hop recording artist and producer from Toronto, known for his hardcore style of rap. Born and raised in the north west end of Toronto to Israeli immigrant parents. Klee grew up in the 80s during the early days of hip hop and b-boy styles and became heavily influenced by it. In the 90s during high school Klee learned how to DJ and make beats and write rhymes, but never took it seriously and was more into the streets. At 19 he moved to Israel and was drafted into the IDF and served on the front lines in the legendary Golani Brigade as a heavy gunner. That’s where he took on the moniker Klee MaGoR. After his time in the army he returned to Toronto and went on to start his music career with his brother in arms Benny Brahmz in the early 2000 era when they formed the rap group Riviera Regime, doing all the production in house. Over the years, he’s toured and performed on countless stages around the world, garnering an international fan base. He's been rapping and producing tracks for over two decades now and has released numerous albums, singles, and music videos with his group Riviera Regime and as a solo artist, and has maintained somewhat of a cult following. He's recorded and performed with many legendary hip hop artists such as Onyx, Jeru the Damaja, The Beatnuts, Project Pat, and many other notable artists within the genre.
