Taz Conley works like a method actor. The Brooklyn based producer and artist begins every project with research, gathering inspiration from books, films, video games and the city of New York itself. Taz translates his findings into highly conceptualized albums, defying genre expectations and delivering impact. A childhood curiosity of music, championed and taught by his family, blossomed into a career. As one half of the duo The Seige, Taz’s writing earned the group success and broad recognition, landing a song in Marvel’s ‘Cloak & Dagger’ series. Taz’s sync placements include NBA 2K, FIFA, Call of Duty, movies including Dora and the Lost City of Gold, Shaft, and a Yahoo Sports + NFL spot.
