Biography
The Faces of Sarah are an alternative rock band, formed in 1999. They released their debut album 24 and Misery Turns E.P on Spiky Black Cat Records which received top reviews and club play as far a field as Chile, Japan, USA, Australia & Germany. This in turn led to touring with such bands as The Mission, NFD, Theatres des Vampires and Killing Miranda, playing shows such as famous Whitby Weekender. 2005 saw the band return with Impurity E.P/DVD E.P produced by Andy Reilly (Paradise Lost, Bruce Dickinson, Cradle of Filth, Moonspell, Quireboys, Pigface, Asia) which impressed Malicious Damage Records (The Orb,Killing Joke). The album Lament was released on Oct 30th 2006 on Malicious damage Records and is distributed worldwide through Cargo Records. Festival shows in Hungary and Slovakia followed...however for a number of years Nick went on to embark upon numerous collaboration projects including The Eden House and Sensorium before teaming up with Simon Rippin (Nefilim, Red Sun Revival) to produce the long awaited new album Memorium. Following a relocation the band went on to release the EP Positive Revenge the same year and before global events took over the anniversary FOS20 year was planning on being the busiest year in the band's history. Not standing still the EP 'Whispers from the room" was written, recorded and produced at home and plans are already taking shape to make 2021 the turning point for The Faces of Sarah.....
