Biography

As the name of the band is defined by and calls for natural or practical intelligence, the solo-act, Sahaq Ibrahim is a self-taught musician whereas Noh Zulazfar joined the band in June 2021 and followed by Pak Lah on bass in January 2022. 
 Coming from a diverse background, this band's music fuses multiple elements of synth, pop, indie, rock and even hints of jazz. Being highly divergent, MOTHERWIT chooses to pick inspiration from both local and international acts around the world. Hence, ever pushing boundaries and experimenting, they demonstrate a fluid and unique (but not necessarily good) voice in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
