    Biography

    Formed in 2001 and based out of Saitama, Pasteboard was the Japanese Shoegaze project of Roly Poly Rag Bear members Mihoko Tanoue and Makoto Igarashi. Inspired by bands such as Teenage Fanclub and Supercar, they released their long awaited debut Glitter in December 2005 via the Nagoya based label "abcdefg* record". Despite plans to release a sophmore album, the band only went on to release a handful of standalone singles throughout 2006-2010 including a collaborative song with Neo-Shibuya Kei band Naivepop Or Petitfool. The duo went on an indefinite hiatus from both projects in late 2010.
