Biography
Guess Who, founder of Okapi Sound along with Grasu XXL and Mitza, Vlad Lucan and Paco 10Grei, released his first solo album, "Probe Audio", in early 2009. In 2010, just after his new single, "Locul Potrivit", a remake of Horia Moculescu's "Noi in anul 2000", had a major radio and TV stations success. Shortly after, Guess Who became a phenomenon for the Romanian music industry, at a time when hip-hop music easily recovered its place in the playlists of the radio and remained in the top positions for almost 200 weeks. His music has been rewarded, and for two years in a row, in 2010 and 2011, Guess Who gets the title Best Hip-Hop (Romanian Music Awards), which he also receives in 2012 and 2013 at the same event. The series of songs with a strong social message was continued by "Manifest" and "Tot Mai Sus", a single that gave the title of the newest Guess Who album released in 2011. With singles that gathered tens of million of views on YouTube ("Locul Potrivit", "Manifest", "Tot mai sus" or "Oare") and one of the most powerful fan bases in Romania, Guess Who launched in 2017 "Un Anonim Celebru" - his third solo album, which featured three videos. "Cupidon", the single and video included in the album, was one of the most popular song in 2017. In the fall of 2017, Guess Who set off on a national album promotion tour, which ended in Bucharest during a concert with a large audience.
