Biography

Hi I’m Melody aka Career Woman, I’m 19, and I love to make music! I started writing songs when I was practically a baby, but I released my first EP when I was 14. I like to be as genuine as possible in my songwriting, so my songs are basically public diary entries for the world to interpret… not sure if that’s a good or bad thing but I hope it means that other people are able to see themselves in my lyrics. Growing up in LA in a musical household, music has always been a huge part of my life and I am so excited to be able to share my songs with you :) I am inspired every day by artists such as Lomelda, Snail Mail, and Samia, but a majority of the time I listen to the scores and soundtracks to my favorite video games like Life is Strange.
