dyl dion, born Dylan Strevell, is an independent artist from Wilmington, North Carolina. He started his journey as an early teenager when he kidnapped his parent’s studio equipment and quickly became obsessed with music. - the thoughtful 18 year old has experienced a meteoric rise in the past year. The New Jersey native first exploded onto the scene with his bedroom pop banger “pouring outside”, earning acclaim from people such as Lyrical Lemonade and SHEESH. With a trademark sound that engenders youthful curiosity, yet possesses a peculiar amount of intuitive wisdom that extends well beyond his years. dyl has developed a loyal, cult-following that spans the entire globe. From being placed on Spotify’s heralded BIG ON THE INTERNET & LOREM editorial playlists, to flying out to the Arizona desert to craft a music video for his song “pouring outside”. It’s safe to say the future is ultraviolet for dyl, as he prepares to release his debut EP, due out in early 2023.
