Biography
Kansas City’s own Mizznekol is putting on for her city in every way possible. For starters, the emcee owns and operates The Grind is Real Ent., a label that has provided up-and-coming Missouri artists with amazing opportunities and a foundation for growth since the year 2014. Getting to that point was no small task for her, but she has always possessed an innate drive and a deeply-rooted passion for hip-hop ever since she was wowed by the likes of Missy Elliot and Remy Ma as a child. Her musical career began while in her sophomore year of high school, and her dying love for the sport of rap has led her to the point she is at. Over the years she has polished her craft while learning the ins and outs of every avenue, including production, engineering, and promotion. What started out as a midwestern “femcee”’s dream has slowly turned into a reality, as she has been publicized across numerous outlets in various states and countries while producing multiple anthems for the esteemed Kansas City Chiefs football team. Her latest single, “Yeah Yeah,” shows her versatility, as she can easily switch the pace from soulful crooner to bonafide wordsmith in an instant. Mizznekol has never given the competition any rest thus far, and she doesn’t plan on starting now!
