Biography

Glen Nicholls (AKA Future Funk Squad) has been producing breaks since 2003 when his debut album ‘Audio Damage’ dropped. Since then he has remixed a vast variety of artists including….. The Prodigy, Mylo, IAMX, TCM, Stanton Warriors, SIA, Nine Inch Nails, New Order & many, many more. his 3rd album ‘Darker Days’ went on to receive numerous awards in both the breakbeat scene and the film score world. In 2017 Glen teamed up with Scott Kirkland to co-produce The Crystal Method album ‘The Trip Home’ & to keep the music flowing, last year during the initial UK Lockdown they created the track ‘Lock Down’ which inspired Glen to make another FFS album! Along with the incredible UK & US rappers Stu Brootal & Omega Sparx ‘Unified Forms’ was made and released early this year. On April 9th 2021 the remix album ‘ReUnified Forms’ is due to be released featuring incredible remixes from Plump DJ’s, Eshericks, Bassbin Twins, DJ Rasco, Hankook, Chris Carter, Backdraft & a handful of exclusive FFS re-workings with fellow producers Wrexx, UNRTHD & Overseer. Glen has just started work on Darker Days II which will see him collaborate with some of the film and game industries finest composers due for release early 2024.
