Injustice was here
Hunger was here
I wish we can unite and say Poverty was here
I wanna say my country grows
Its a now a place of hope and dream a place to go
If i say Indonesia u'll say " Yea i know"
And you'll smile and then ur eyes will glow
But as for now i see crystal clear
That poverty is still here far and near
Around the world its the same as its here
Every proud and powerful country has its smear
And i fear that extreme poverty
Is still around coz we dont care, we let it be
We are that change the world needs i believe
But we're to caught up in ourselves we're all we see
As u can see we cant eradicate
The idea is to lift what suffocates
To give them hope and then extinguish hate
If u have something u can give This is our fate

But y'all know someday some dude will come with a bigger stick
