    July Child are a London-based electronic pop duo that consists of Amber Clara and Kiks Samavat, two friends who have lived a stone’s throw away from each other their whole lives and happen to share the exact same birthday. Having played in several bands together throughout their teenage years, their dissimilar music tastes and backgrounds merged to form July Child, a project which sees them blend 90’s House and RnB with a modern ambient setting. They came to recognition in 2014, with their cover of ‘C O O L’ by Le Youth, an experimental and haunting rework of the summer classic. Following on from then, the duo has grinded consistently releasing original tracks, remixes and additional covers on a variety of labels including Armada. While in their live shows, the pair have also travelled worldwide to perform shows in Europe and Asia, including a second-headline slot at Ultra Korea, playing alongside Chase & Status and Martin Garrix.
