Biography
Chicago rapper Prince Dre is certainly a star from the jump. Born Deandre, he grew up in Chicago in the Woodlawn and "O Block" areas, mainly O Block. The oldest of four children, Prince Dre saw a bit of everything growing up. Only 24 years old, Dre has had to deal with the deaths of many loved ones over the last 8 years including his brother, rapper King Von who passed away just recently. Focused more than ever, Prince Dre is ready to go full steam ahead. His music has been well received including "Back Again" his collaboration with King Von and Lil Durk. One thing for certain, Prince Dre is guaranteed to blow. Growing up, Prince Dre's Inspiration to rap came from Drill creator PACMAN, while listening to the likes of: Lil Wayne, Dipset, No Limit & old school R&b artists Sam Cooke & Al Green. In the near future Prince Dre has his eyes set on working with Future, Lil Wayne, Meek Mill and a few others. With many stereotypes put on rappers, Prince Dre uses it as fuel: "I use it to motivate me; and share my story so the world can understand where I come from". With aspirations to purchase his neighborhood, provide jobs and make a change in the community, Prince Dre will be a name you always remember. ~ Benjamin Kaplan
