Biography

Known for their anthemic alt-rock, Barcelona-based punk rock revivalists "Blowfuse" formed in 2013 by Oscar Puig (singer & guitarist), and brothers Sergi (guitarist) and Richard Bouffard (drummer) when they met in highschool, with Victor Mañas (bassist) closing the lineup shortly after. Famed for their raucous live shows, their 3 studio albums Into the Spiral (2013), Couch (2014) and Daily Ritual (2019) has led them to play more than 350 shows around more than 10 different countries. They have performed on some of the most acknowledged festivals from the european scene and toured with bands like NOFX, Pennywise, Good Riddance and Sick Of It All among others. Stylistically, they have been labeled under genres such as "punk rock", "alternative rock" or "hardcore punk", but they can also invoke other music styles such as "grunge", "funk rock" or "power pop". The band is currently in production of their fourth studio album, tentatively due for release in 2021.
