Tays is setting the stage to become the next British rap superstar. Over the course of 2020, the 19-year-old went from spitting bars in his bedroom to gaining significant momentum online. Unsigned and full of energy, this independent artist now boasts more than 65k+ followers on Instagram, 90k+ followers & 2.3M likes on TikTok Tays has worked with the likes of JD Sports and Footasylum helping them elevate their brand to another level. His tracks blend UK-rap energy with laid-back beats, a Mancunian accent and mischievous lyrics. He has also gone on to support Aitch a fellow Manchester rapper on tour for the the artists debut album Close To Home. At the end of 2020 Tays' tracks Star and Bang both featured on BBC 1XTRA which has followed on with his 2022 record, 'Perfect Girl' which secured first look pieces with notable music platforms Wonderland and praises from CLASH Magazine. He has also received the support of GRM Daily, BBC Introducing, Reprezent 107.3 and Amazing Radio. Tays is also bound to release his highly anticipated single ‘Whats On Yours’ on the 20th of October. Whilst Tays grew up in the North West's infamous Moston, he refuses to be drawn into gang culture, focussing instead on writing and performing.
