Biography

In early 2019, Lavoy experienced an epiphany of sorts by exploring their favorite playlists and new wave era despair, which attracted the four-piece amidst the recent departure of long time guitarist and songwriter Sean Riley and the embezzlement of funds by an employee and close friend of the band. With ample reasoning to part ways due to the difficulties of staying together after such history has been shared, the drastic change in sound called them on to continue and let the magnetism of intentional carelessness drag their collection of new songs into the light.
