Biography

‘SUTHEP BAND’ is a band from the Suthep sub-district which is located in Chiang Mai province, the northern city of Thailand. The members are former friends who have known each other for more than 20 years. The members have various experiences in music, and the members have their music proficiency such as Rock, Nu-Metal, Jazz, Blues, Pop. The four members performed the band which opened in many music types. In 2018, the members particularly used their music talent and mixed the Thai traditional music to lyric and tune. Besides, the harmony and rhythm arrangements parts were a modern style, so we could define our band as “ Modern Vintage”. The members have gathered together and initiated to produce the music as a home studio, then we released 1 CD album. Another year, we released another 1 streaming album through Apple Music, Spotify etc. More than 30 songs that we produced, we took another challenging step to present our performance through live music stages which had been held in many places in Thailand such as Chiang Yai Fest 2019-2020, Pai Acoustic, the total is around 200 stages during the past few years.
