Biography

Sunrise Skater Kids is a fictional pop-punk band from Baltimore created by YouTube comedian Jarrod Alonge. The band first appeared on Alonge's 2015 debut comedy album, Beating a Dead Horse: Deluxe Ultra-Limited Exclusive Undead Edition, a "compilation" that featured parodies of metalcore, screamo, emo, and other subgenres of rock. Sunrise Skater Kids' debut LP, Friendville, was released in early 2016 and went on to top the Billboard Comedy chart and rose close to the Top Ten of the Heatseekers chart. After a 5 year hiatus, the band has returned with new vocalist Clay Agnew (Foxchase).
