On April 22nd 2012, for the first time in 21 years, all four original members of Sydney band Sunnyboys, performed on-stage at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre. Appearing at the inaugural Dig It Up! Invitational the band played with the same intensity and joy as they had all those years ago. Fast forward to 2020 and the band have performed two sold-out tours of the country filling venues including the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall, Melbourne’s Forum Theatre, Perth’s International Arts Festival and set a venue record previously held by Noiseworks at the Gold Coast's Coolangatta Hotel. All three of the iconic band's studio albums (Sunnyboys, Individuals, Get Some Fun) have been beautifully remastered and with added bonus tracks while a new album Sunnyboys 40 brings together four new tracks recorded between 2017-2019 alongside the four tracks that made up the band's eponymous 1980 debut ep.
