Part club revelations, part miracle rap, Bunny's music is about holding on to love in a world of chaos and uncertainty; lyrically illustrating the Janus faced human experience of our time, both apocalyptic and revolutionarily transformative. Bunny’s know-age approach is an ode to the spiritual nature of technology, the destruction of self-doubt and romantic possibilities of anti-cynicism wrapped in a warm and seductive sonic container. Despite it all, miracles are possible, if we have the courage and creativity to imagine it. Bunny Michael is a multi-disciplinary artist who has dedicated their work to awakening higher self consciousness on the planet- the manifestation of love within all humans deconditioned by a hierarchical thought system. Bunny uses writing, music, visual art, and social media activism to spread their message, and has given talks and performed music throughout the United States and Europe including touring as supporting act for renowned Swedish musician Fever Ray in 2018. Other music collaborations include Eartheater and Bruno Coviello of Light Asylum. Bunny’s debut book, Hello Higher Self, is set for publication by Little Brown in fall 2023. They also host a popular advice podcast called XO Higher Self and formerly hosted a digital series on Vice called Broadly Hotline.
