Biography
Chencho Corleone is a well-known composer, producer, and performer of urban music. He began his career as one of the voices in the duo Plan B, with whom he achieved multiple hits such as "Si No Le Contesto," "Es Un Secreto," "Fanática Sensual," "Guatauba," and others that are now considered classics of Reggaeton. His commitment to creativity and musical evolution has not ceased in his new facet, and he has been the protagonist of new musical successes that have reaffirmed his importance within the music industry. His collaboration with Rauw Alejandro on the single "Desesperados" was certified 9x platinum by the RIAA and received 2 Latin Grammy nominations. It also reached the number 1 position on the Latin Airplay chart of Billboard in the USA. His dominance on the charts continued in 2022 with the success of "Me Porto Bonito" alongside Bad Bunny, from the historic and GRAMMY-nominated album "Un Verano Sin Ti." It was the first entirely Spanish-language song to top the Billboard Streaming Songs chart in the nine years of its history. The song was chosen as one of the best-performed songs of the year and appeared in various end-of-year summaries from Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, TIME, and Apple Music. It also reached the number 2 position on Spotify Global. Chencho Corleone continues to develop more music and future collaborations that will set a precedent in Latin urban music, while his fans eagerly await his solo album!
