West Virginia natives Heath Holley and Robb Coleman met in college and formed Massing in 2018 as a low-stakes, stress-free outlet to write catchy songs. Sprinkled with lyrics that are just as likely to be tongue-in-cheek as they are heartfelt, Massing uses their degrees in mad science to fuse together a bevy of musical influences, maintaining a healthy dose of hooks, harmonies, and dance-ably bittersweet bops. After stretching their wings by writing over 150 custom songs for patrons of their "Song Sale" during 2020's quarantine, Massing is proud to present their first official release since 2019's "Wahoo" in the form of a shiny new EP titled "Nothin' to Fear," available now.
