Biography

Ace Volar is a 23 year old MC born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. His style of music ranges from lyrical rap, to pop, and even some R&B. This sort of versatility is the story of his life. From living in the suburbs of Lake Jackson to the southside slums in his hometown, Volar always managed to pursue his passion of making music. Growing up on artists such as T-Pain, Kid Cudi, and Kanye West molded him into the artist he is today. Although he started recording music at 11 years old, he didn’t get his start in the industry until 2015 when he had an on-air radio interview with FAMU’s WANM 90.5 where he gave a chilling freestyle. Following this opportunity he released over a dozen singles on Soundcloud including his hit single “FSC.” In the summer of 2016 he continued to deliver by releasing a five-track EP by the name of “Until Sunrise,” followed by “Until Sunrise 2” on New Year’s Day of 2017. Building off the hype from these two small projects he finally released his first full project in May 2017 titled “Teens With Dreams,” with appearances from Xiamara Jennings, wtfgritt, and others. This critically acclaimed mixtape kept the fans anticipating as he took a break from consistently releasing music throughout 2018 and 2019. Amongst his 2020 return he has released an EP titled “Los World,” and a hit music video for his single “Violence.” As he continues to color this summer with hit singles, he seems determined to take his name to the next level.
