Biography

Producer, songwriter, musician, and singer Jasmine Ortiz has been passionate about music since she could walk up to a piano and play it - at around age three. At 22, she is currently devoted to expanding her sound in ways never heard before, and is self-producing and writing many of her upcoming projects. She is also working with producers like TrackDilla, CesarDaEmperor, and JBTV who are responsible for many of Tyga, Post Malone, and Tyla Yaweh's hits. With a wide range of influences from Nirvana to Dua Lipa, Jasmine's nuanced pop songwriting never feels limited to the boundaries of genre. Her song When It's All Done explores the freedom of ending a toxic friendship, and Jaguar depicts the fleeting invincibility of youth. Jasmine is a recent graduate of the University of Miami Frost School of Music, where she focused on honing her craft and developing her artistry. What drew her to Miami was its vast cultural diversity, allowing her to connect with her Latin roots and expand her musical collaborations. While studying minors in political science, songwriting, and music business, she always had her work cut out for her. Currently, she is prepping for the release of several new projects coming Fall 2022.
