Biography

I’ve spent the past two years stressing about this bio. I don’t know why I put so much pressure on it, as if it has to be Pulitzer Prize worthy or something. The short of it is this: I live in Canada. I grew up on Soul, HipHop, Blues and Jazz with some iconic Pop laced in for good measure. While you explore my stuff and hear many influences, genres, vibes and frequencies you will notice that there is a string that ties it all together… It me… I’m the string. I am an innovator. I channel music. I know no bounds and prefer it this way. Every time I sit to work, I listen for the muses and lucky for me they still sing in my ears. I grew up kind of awkward… A late bloomer for sure. I’ve always been a dreamer and maybe that’s why I’m still making music after many ups and downs in the industry. I’ve learnt that you can always create something from nothing & you really can do that shit that the devil on your shoulder says you can’t. You’ll be happy to know I’m producing my own album/mixtape right now :) It's awesome. I'm excited. Lastly, if you are reading this…THANK YOU. Like, from my whole messed up, overly sensitive heart, thank you. I am so blessed that people like you care enough to want to know about me. I care about you too. I want to be the best artist I can be for you. I want to die as a master. I want to give you good music for as long as you’ll let me. Love, Red
