Biography

Jaakko Laitinen & Väärä Raha was founded on 2009 by five Finnish Laplanders living in Helsinki. Their music is a special fusion of elements like Balkan Roma grooves, old school Finnish humppa and tango plus Russian romances. They have released four critically acclaimed albums, but most of all they are known for their wild live act. They have done hundreds of gigs around Finland from biggest festival stages to the smallest village weddings and played in 20 other countries.
