Biography

Alva Leigh is a Mississippi-born singer-songwriter and one-half of the award-winning Americana duo, Lewis & Leigh. After finishing the tour for their critically acclaimed debut album Ghost, Alva gave birth to her first child and spent the past few years piecing together songs from the emotional tumble dryer of new motherhood. Alva teamed up with producer Matt Ingram at Urchin Studios in London to craft her dark and dreamy pop sound inspired by the joyous, relentless, tumultuous job of being a new mom.
