Biography

Assimilate is a 5 piece, modern metal act from Norway. Their modern, catchy, cyber, electronic and Melodic Death Metal, create something new and different from the waves of norwegian black metal that is typically associated with the norwegian metal scene. Originally started as a solo project in 2010 by drummer "OK", it is now a fully fledged band, featuring members that have played or play in bands like Ragnarok, Nordjevel, Where angels fall, Thunderbolt and Immetic. Between them they have toured extensively around the globe and have shared stages with bands like: Septic Flesh, Insomnium, Cryptopsy, Agalloch, Ereb Altor, Isole and many more! This fusion of people and mindsets have created something truly unique in the metal world.
