Biography
Alban Ramosaj, The multi-hyphenate Dutch-Kosovan entertainer is known for his idiosyncratic writing style in sound, lyrics, and distinguishable vocal tone and range. Also successfully known for Writing, Directing & Editing iconic cinematic music videos such as the ‘Hiraeth’ EP, ‘I Nat Ma Fal’ and recently, ‘Sahara’. Photo-Modeling for brands such as Dolce Gabbana, Jaguar, etc. Also lead-acting roles on television in shows such as “Love Likes Tirana”. At the age of 22, officially invited to be the opening act of international artist Emeli Sandé on her European tour in Albania following with Award-winning successes like the Kenga Magjike competition where Ramosaj was nominated for Best Songwriter, won the Tendency Award and just recently, the first prize with an all-time record-breaking number of votes, winning the complete three components: Jury, Public, and Colleague votes thus making him as the youngest artist (at age 25) to ever do so, marking his name officially in Albanian Music History. A massive success story that lead to Ramosaj’s upcoming creative burst and creation of hit songs such as “Shpirto” and especially “Theje” an Epic-Power-Ballad seasoned with traditional touches with which Ramosaj competed in the national selection competition to represent Albania in the Eurovision Song Contest, leading to Ramosaj expanding his demographic further beyond Albanian speaking borders.
