Valentiine are a 3 piece all-girl scrunge rock band from Melbourne, Australia. Vanessa (guitar/vocals), Erica (bass/vocals) and Shelly (drums/vocals) are 3 girls who reincarnate the heavy 90’s into something beautiful – dirty pop hooks drowned in the honesty of screaming vocals with seething cheerleader harmonies over the top. After 3 years crowding out Melbourne’s most loved dirty little pubs and playing the likes of St. Kilda Fest and the Cherry Rock Festival, they played a 2012 European tour covering 22 shows throughout UK, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, including sets at OxJam Festival (UK) and Grungapolooza Festival (Germany). They signed to UK-based Integrity Records in February 2013 and toured the UK again later that year. Singles ‘Love Like’ and ‘Chucky’ were played on BBC Radio 1, Q Radio, Total Rock, Team Rock Radio and reached number 1 and number 2 in the Amazing Radio singles chart. Valentiine have been on hiatus since December 2016.
