Biography

Nomadic by nature and consistently described as "cinematic," the music of jalowo explores the convergence of lo-fi beats and emotive soundscapes. Embedded with tonal themes, he approaches each beat as an intentional conduit of mood and feeling to be expressed. After gaining much success with his track Gone from the sophomore EP Cinemotional, Vol. 2 , he continued to develop these cinematic themes within his craft. Co-producing his first collaboration project Same Sky with friends in yonderling , they went on to release Luminism the following year and were met with great reception. At the beginning of 2019, he released Seijaku on both vinyl and digital formats, and had the honor of working with Tokyo based guitarist yutaka hirasaka on their track Stay . The rest of the year was spent creating The Album Some Friends and I Made which was a collaboration project between fellow producers and peers.
