Biography
An accomplished entertainer, Twinnie, who has previously worked with Pharrell, Robin Thicke, and Michael Bublé, walks the line between dissimilar worlds with her solo output. A real-world Romani traveller with a gypsy heart and a storyteller’s soul, she delivers thumping pop melodies with strong country-inspired lyrical hooks throughout her sweeping soundscape. Unpretentious and unapologetic, Twinnie is a fresh voice for the outliers and the underdogs who has created a musical refuge for people where everyone is welcome, respected, and celebrated. A place where you are encouraged to be your authentic self. Twinnie learned early what it meant to be marginalized and how music could transcend stereotypes and through her own musical output she continues to push against the grain in order to create a fresh sound that is uniquely her own whilst welcoming listeners into a world of harmony. A Radio 1 and Radio 2 championed artist, and BCMA award-winner, Twinnie is expected to spearhead the next wave of British crossover performers straying into the mainstream sphere within Nashville and the wider global market. "I think music is the biggest healer there is and the universal language we all speak. I want to encourage people to feel free to stand up for what they believe in, including themselves" - Twinnie Founder of I KNOW A WOMAN
