Biography

Modern Chemistry is an alternative indie band from New Jersey. The band has a big, modern sound that meshes current artists like Bon Iver and the 1975 with the best of the 80s (The Cure, Peter Gabriel, Tears for Fears). In January, the band released it's latest EP, tomorrow, we wake up from the longest collective dream of our lives. The EP was written and recorded at home over the course of the pandemic. The band self produced the record with mixing, mastering and additional production by Adam Cichocki at Timber Studios. Modern Chemistry has toured North America multiple times, including tours with Taking Back Sunday, Every Time I Die, and Frank Iero, festivals like Gentlemen of the Road, SXSW, and Riot Fest, and more shows with Acceptance, The Maine, Wavves, Echosmith, Motion City Soundtrack and more.
