Biography

Born in Luxembourg but having his roots in Cabo Verde, DJ NYDEE is today one of the most popular artists in Luxembourg. In 2015 he started his career as a Disc Jockey by mixing in his father’s nightclub just for fun. He started to like it more and more and decided to make DJ’aying his profession. After graduating at a Finance and Economics specialized college, he put the whole focus on his career and became more and more popular in Luxembourg ‘s nightlife scene. He admires all kinds of music, such as: House, Afro House, Latino, Tech-House etc. It’s his diversity and unique combination of different music styles that made Nydee interesting for clubs in Europe and Africa. His Cabo Verde and Portugal Tour in Summer 2019 set the highlight of his career so far but is for sure only the start of something very big. He also produce music himself. In 2018 he released his first song called „Festa Pa Nos“in collaboration with the Dutch newcomer Alex Euro. This first shot made him hungry for more and so he went literally back to his roots. In Cabo Verde he met to newcomer artists Boygame and Bodon. Nydee liked their work and started a new collab with the Africain youngsters. They produced together a song called „Nka Cre Pa Manxi“which became a club banger in Africa and gained also popularity in Europe. DJ NYDEE is now where he’s supposed to be but still he knows there’s a lot more work to do and clubs to conquer. Step by step, to the top.
